Kumra had withdrawn the money from a State Bank of India (SBI) branch under the Town police station and kept it in his bike’s dickey. When he was about to leave the place, the miscreants came by a two-wheeler and broke the dickey and decamped with the cash.Following an FIR, the police have started an investigation to nab the culprits, said Town PS IIC PK Jena.
