Ratibad police have booked a contractor for sexually exploiting a 31-year-old woman, accused married cheating victim after staying in live-in for four years.
The accused identified as Jitendra Parashar was booked by Ratibad police after victim lodged complaint against him of sexual assault and sexual exploitation.
In her complaint victim stated that she came in contact with the accused four years ago and developed friendship with him and which turned into relationship. The accused offered to stay live-in and the two stayed together, during which she was sexually exploited in the name of marrying her.
The victim who used to work with a private firm and accused persuaded her to leave job. The two lived together for about 4 years.
During this, Jitendra kept committing atrocities with the victim on the pretext of marriage. A few days ago, Jitendra got married to some other girl and when the victim came to know about this on January 12, she asked, accused on which he refused regarding marriage but later he accepted. He also refused the victim claiming that she belong to lower caste than him and due to which he cannot live with her in society.
Police have registered case against accused for sexual assault and started to search for accused.
