The Aam Aadmi Party State unit on Wednesday alleged that the BJP at the Centre and the Delhi lieutenant Governor have got into a conspiracy to discredit and destabilise the AAP Government in Delhi.
Party national spokesperson Nishikanta Mohapatra told reporters here that, “Since the astounding majority of the AAP in Delhi Assembly election the Central Government has been actively conniving with the lG and the Delhi Police to defame and demoralise the State Government.” They are adopting various methods like creating confusion over appointment of bureaucrats and arresting AAP Minister, said Mohapatra.
“The saga of blatant disregard to the people's mandate and the federal structure continued through the arrest of the law Minister Jintender Singh Tomar. Surprisingly, Delhi police arrested the Minister while the case pending against him is subjudice and he was cooperating with the investigation,” said Mohapatra.
We demand immediate arrest of Union Ministers like Smriti Irani, Nitin Gadkari and Nihal Chand on the same ground.
