The Congress will observe December 26, the foundation of the ruling BJD, as a black day in protest against the various failures of the State Government, informed Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) president Niranjan Patnaik on Sunday.
“The Naveen Patnaik Government has failed in all sectors, be it health, education or agriculture. Medicals have no doctors and schools are running without teachers. Farmers have suffered a lot during the last 19 years of the BJD rule. Hence, the Congress will hold the BJD foundation day as a black day in the State,” the PCC chief told reporters here.
