With just a few months left for the panchayat elections, the Congress on Sunday sought public opinion for preparation of the party’s poll manifesto.
People can send views through email and letters. The party has called upon people from different walks of life to send their views toodishapradeshcongress2016@gmail.com or send letters to Congress Bhawan, Bhubaneswar-9. People can send their views for next 10 days. After receiving the views the party would analyse the suggestions received from people and, accordingly, prepare its manifesto, which would focus on local problems.
Earlier, the party had also decided to visit every house in the State to seek public support against the ‘anti-farmer’, ‘anti-tribal’ and ‘anti-dalit’ BJD Government.
