Replying to a query of BJP MlA KV Singh Deo whether the Government is aware of the provision of the RACPS as per the Finance Department resolution of February 6, 2013 meant for all State Government employees, including promotional and isolated/ex-cadre posts and why the non-promotional demonstrators are deprived of RACPS benefits of Rs 5,400 and Rs 6,600 grade pay after completion of their 20 and 30 years service respectively, the Minister said the basic salary of the demonstrator is in the scale of Rs 9,3000-Rs 34,800 with grade pay of Rs 4,200.

The Minister further informed that the Higher Education Department has already issued a clarification on November 30 to all the Government/private colleges and universities in this regard.
