In connection with a Brahmapur Vigilance case, assets worth Rs4.70 lakh of present Executive Engineer (EE) of Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) Dhiren Kumar Prusty were confiscated to the Government on Tuesday. The graft case had been registered against him when he was working as an Assistant Executive Engineer of Rural Works Sub-Division of Malkangiri as a Class-I officer.Prusty was convicted along with the abettor in the case Pradeep Kumar Rout by courts.
