Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will launch a State-wide one-crore signature campaign against the “negligence” of the UPA Government towards Odisha on Sunday after garlanding the statue of Utkal Gaurab Madhusudan Das near the Raj Bhavan Square.
The signatures would later be submitted to President Pranab Mukherjee, said a statement issued by Energy Minister Arun Sahoo on Saturday.
