Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Tuesday approved in-principle the proposal for setting up of the second campus of the Xavier Institute of Management at Rourkela. The State Government and the SAIl will extend all kind of help for establishment of the management institute.
The SAIl authorities would provide 30 acre of the land provided to it by the State Government. Besides, it would also give assistance for construction of infrastructures, a release from the Chief Minister Office said. Arrangements would be made for enrolment of 250-300 students at the institute and for reservation of Odisha students.
