Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has not visited his grievances cell here since August 16, 2008 for once.Public Grievances and Pension Administration Minister Jogendra Behera informed this in the Assembly on Thursday.
Replying to a question asked by BJP MlA Dilip Ray, the Minister said seniorofficers of the Chief Minister’s Office are managing the grievances cell affairs on behalf of theChief Minister since January 1, 2010.While Ray wanted to know whether some
Dalals (brokers) have been active in the office in the past, the Minister said two Dalals had been identified and handed over to the police.He said people have been advised not to take help of Dalals to their work done in Government offices.District Collectors, SPs and Twin City
Police Commissioner and the Bhubaneswar DCP have been asked to identify the Dalals and take stringent action against them.
