Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik condemned the brutal killing of over 120 school students by Taliban terrorists in an Army School at Peshawar in Pakistan on Tuesday morning.
“I am totally horrified by this horrible incident. Severe punishment should be meted out to those responsible for this barbaric act,” Patnaik said in a release
