leader of Opposition (loP) Narasingha Mishra alleged that the Chief Minister by making a statement in the Assembly wanted to get away from a full-fledged discussion on the Mahanadi issue in the House.
The CM said his Government has moved the Supreme Court for an injunction against the Chhattisgarh Government’s barrage projects o the Mahanadi and, at the same time, said that his Government has petitioned the Union Government for formation of an Inter-
State Tribunal to address the issue.
The CM should make his Government’s legal move clear to the people, Mishra told reporters outside the House.
