Expressing grief over the road mishap in Kandhamal district which claimed lives of 10 persons and left many others injured, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik announced an ex gratia payment of Rs 2 lakh each for the next of kin of the deceased. Patnaik also directed to provide free medical treatment to the injured and wished their quick recovery.
