The Odisha Society of the Americas (OSA) will hold ‘Higher Education Open House’ here in the current month to host students and faculties from all major universities from different disciplines desiring to pursue Masters/PhD programmes in US/Canada universities, and facilitate joint collaboration in academics and research with US/Canada universities.
The primary objective of the meeting is to bring together student community desiring higher studies in universities in North America, decision makers from Odisha higher education sector/universities and US university representatives in order to help students/faculties from Odisha pursue higher studies in US/Canada.
Establish student/faculty exchange programme between universities in US/Canada and Odisha and potential MoU between Odisha and US/Canada universities for collaborative research and joint study programme.
The Vice-Chancellors of various State based universities have been invited to participate in the event with a team of high quality students and faculties besides delivering talks on scope and opportunity for higher studies, research and collaboration in the areas of liberal Arts, Science, Finance and Management, Engineering and Technology, Environmental, Public Health, Medicine and Health Science etc.
