A health check-up camp was organised at the Garrage Chhak here on Friday with Capital Hospital Director Dr PK Acharya inaugurating the event.
Several doctors conducted blood, teeth, eye, diabetes and general health checkup of the patients. A total of 270 patients benefited from the camp. Cataract patients were sent to the Rotary Eye Hospital for IOl operation.Besides, 29 persons donated blood at the camp, where free medicines were distributed to the patients.Rotary Club president Dr Gokulananda Patnaik and Kalinga Baishya Sangh president Biswajit Patra organised the camp.
