The Catalyst of Social Action (CSA) in association with the Rotaract Club of Bhubaneswar Friends observed Holi at the Bipin Bihari Chowdhry School of Deaf here on Monday. Children participated in a Dahi Handi (curd pot) break competition.
Former DG of Rotary Club Aswin Kar, DGN Sibabrata Das, Rotarian Satyajit Mohanty and Roundtable Indian member Jittu Satapathy were present on the occasion.
