The Niladrivihar Youth and Cultural Association (NYCA) here held its annual general body meeting recently.
The meeting chaired by its president Dr Prakash Chandra Panigrahi started with a two minute silence prayer for the departed persons, writer late Ananta Ojha, martyr Pradeep Panda and Ishaneswar Temple priest late Jagabandhu Panigrahi. It was followed by discussion on the grand celebrations of the Silver Jubilee this year.
The new office-bearers for the year 2018-19 were nominated. They are Dr Prakash Chandra Panigrhi, president, Sishir Kumar Moharana, vice-president, Biswajit Pattnaik, general secretary, Gadadhar Prasad Rath, assistant secretary, Ramesh Chandra Mohanty, spots secretary, Bibhuti Bhusan Dash, assistant spots secretary, Bata Krushna Panda, cultural secretary, Kailash Chandra Sahoo, assistant cultural secretary, Prakash Chandra Sahoo and Niranjan Sahoo, treasurers, among others.
