Indian Bank Bhubaneswar Branch Assistant Branch Manager Motilal Nanda has received an appreciation letter from bank’s Chennai-based Corporate Office General Manager (CSC) M Nagarajan for his swift action in transferring an account from Chennai to Bhubaneswar.
“It is gratifying to learn from Mr Hemanth Kumar that your swift action in attending to the request fir transfer of his son’s SB Account from our VIT Chennai Campus Branch to our Bhubaneswar Main Branch within shortest time has been acclaimed and that you got the said account transferred to your branch but also helped him in getting the account seeded with Aadhaar number and issued him with a new passbook in no time,” read the appreciation letter.
Nagarajan has also asked the bank’s Bhubaneswar zone manager to share the ‘positive approach’ in the BM’s review meeting for percolating the same among all the branch staff in the zone.
Nanda joined as Assistant Manager at the bank’s main branch in Bhubaneswar just two months back.
