Hundreds of patients returned without diagnosis in the eye department of the District Headquarters Hospital (DHH) in Puri on Friday due to failure of testing machines.Irate people coming for eye test argued with the doctors and staffers, which led to chaos in the hospital. As per grievance of the people, for last 2-3 days, doctors were not entertaining patients to the eye unit on plea of failure of testing machines. The aggrieved patients complained that doctors and technicians despite a long wait by them didn't allow them for manual test, which was also available in DHH in case of machine failure.
