Every business organisation is undergoing changes due to automation, knowledge-based management, mergers and acquisitions. Change management process is a corporate team work, opined JK Paper Mills limited, Rayagada general manager (HR) T Vidyasagar at a seminar on “Role of HR Manager in Managing Change” organised by Department of Business Management of Central University of Odisha (CUO) at its campus in Koraput on Saturday.
Vidyasagar emphasised on job security of employees for effective implementation of change in any organisation. He stressed on effective communication and ability to convince human resource as crucial parameters for smooth change process in an organisation.
Vice-Chancellor of the university, Prof Sachidananda Mohanty urged the students to learn HR management techniques in a change process for managing a business organisation from the vast experience of Vidyasagar.
MBA fourth semester student Y Anupama delivered the welcome address and another MBA student Gangadhar Mandi offered a vote of thanks.
