The Chandipur Integrated Test Range (ITR) observed its 31st Raising Day at its premises on Sunday. Ex-professor and dean of Electrical and Electronics Department of IIT Kharagpur Professor BN Chatterjee attended the function and traced upon the joint work by ITR and IIT Kharagpur. Various literary cultural fine and performing art programmes were conducted on the occasion. Besides, the 10th issue of the in-house magazine CASUARINA was also released.
ITR Director MVKV Prasad presided over the function while chairman of works committee BK Das reiterated ITR commitment and enthusiasm in every sphere of life. On this occasion, the best lab scientist award was awarded to Prasant Dash and Pankaj Kumar Gupta, whereas the best group award went to Timing, Telecommand and EOT (M) group. Prizes were also distributed to the winners of a month long event and competitions.
