BJP president Naveen Patnaik on Saturday campaigned in the Sambalpur Parliament constituency with road shows in Sambalpur, Burla and Hirakud towns for the April 10 general elections. He also addressed public meetings at different places dubbing central leaders of the Congress and the BJP as “migratory birds” to Odisha coming only at the time of elections to seek votes for their parties. These leaders never visit the State during its crisis, he alleged. Patnaik appealed to people to vote for the BJD so that the State’s development could be expedited.
