Even as the Orissa High Court intervened in the goof-up in the CBSE Class-XII results, two CBSE senior officials from New Delhi arrived here on Saturday to resolve the issue by discussions.
Rajiv Singh and Manish Srivastav from the CBSE’s Head Office would hold discussions with the authorities of the CBSE Regional Office here as well as with the aggrieved students and their parents.
Meanwhile, all eyes are on the next High Court ruling as the deadline earlier given to CBSE authorities to publish the results of 18 students ended on the day. last week, the High Court directed the CBSE authorities to re-evaluate the answer scripts of 18 students and publish their results by June 10. However, a fresh controversy has erupted after CBSE sent an email to the 18 students asking them to apply for re-evaluation for a maximum of 10 questions per subject on Friday evening.
