The CBI on Monday interrogated UT Mirror magazine editor Santosh Pandey for nearly five hours in connection with the chit fund scam in the State.
Pandey, who entered the CBI office at around 11.30 am, came out at 4.15 pm. He didn’t reveal anything about the interrogation when asked by waiting mediapersons.
Sources in the CBI said the editor was quizzed about his connection with the Seashore Group. The CBI officials wanted to know about the Rs27 lakh the UT Mirror had received from the company towards advertisement between 2011 and 2013.
