A two-member team of Crime Branch led by a DSP paid a visit to Block Education Office at Garadapur here in order to conduct an inquiry related to alleged irregularities in appointment of Gana Shikshak in the district in 2008.

These centres operated at Pundalo, Padmapur, Chanpur, Palasudha, Naganapur, Pakhada, Basudevpur, Nadiabarei, Berhampur, Jagannathpur, Koura-Kanchilo, Bajrabana, Sartola, Mrilo, Pahana, Mohemmedpur, Haripur and Patana schools.
