The BJP has questioned the truth in the medical report that revealed that the minor girl of Kunduli was not raped at all.
“If the girl was not raped then why the Chief Minister ordered Crime Branch and judicial probes to go hand-in-hand into the incident,” wanted to know party’s senor leader Pratap Sarangi.
He said Kunduli gangrape incident still remains a mystery. He alleged that the State Government is knowingly delaying the investigation. “Crime Branch probe and Judicial probe at the same time will not yield any result. Rather the investigation will be diverted and the victim would not get justice,” remarked Sarangi.
He demanded that the case be handed over to the CBI for a proper probe.
