The Crime Branch (CB) on Monday arrested two persons including a student on the charge of producing fake certificate in the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) counselling, 2013.
An official release said one Jafar Sadique allegedly obtained forged certificate in fraudulent manner and attended OJEE conselling, 2013 and also got admission in Techno School, Patrapada, on the basis of forged documents. According to Crime Branch ADG Bijay Sharma, Sujit Kumar Mohanty, administrative officer of the technical institute allegedly had abetted Sadique’s forgery. Prima facie evidence was made out against the duo for having committed the crime, said Sharma.
