Ollywood actress Upasana Mohanty on Wednesday lodged a sexual harassment and casting couch charge against producer Rajesh Pati at the laxmisagar police station here.

“He has misbehaved with me in shooting sets and even used to force me to marry him. He threatened me of bewitchment if I deny marriage,” the actress told reporters here after lodging the complaint.

Earlier on July 21, Pati had filed a complaint at the Airfield police station here alleging that the actress cheated him of Rs21 lakh.

However, the actress terming the allegations levelled by the producer as false dared him to produce proof of cheating.

“Does he have any proof that I had taken money from him for the filmIJ In fact, I am yet to get some amount from him. The interesting thing is that I have not spoken to him since last one year. Then, how did I threaten himIJ” asked she.

When asked why she did not raise voice at the time when she was being subjected to sexual harassment, Upasana said she thought that after the shooting of the movie she would end relation with the producer.

The producer alleged that the actress had signed for his film Gudia Rani in September 2015. A token amount was paid to her as advance. Though the film was scheduled to be completed in 45 days but due to unavoidable reasons, the project could not proceed. But whenever he called Upasana over phone to return the money, she threatened him that she would implicate him on casting couch charges.
