Trouble mounted on actor and BJD leader Tatwa Prakash Satpathy alias Papu Pompom after a formal complaint of casting couch was lodged against him here at the Mahila Police station.
Sources said Friends Foundation Trust lodged the complaint alleging that the actor trapped a minor girl in casting couch and harassed her. The complaint also alleged that Papu Pampom’s associate Pradip Swain was also involved in the crime.
A few days back, the minor girl along with two-three Ollywood actresses on the condition of anonymity in a television channel leveled casting couch allegations against the leading actor and said that he attempted to sexually harass them.
Papu Pompom unsuccessfully contested from Champua Assembly constituency on a BJD ticket and is currently in soup for his alleged involvement in promoting tainted Oscar chit fund company.
