The SDJM Court on Wednesday rejected a case filed by Duryodhan Sahu on September last against former Kendrapada SP Satish Kumar Gajbhiye.
Sahu had filed the case before the SDJM Court alleging in his petition that Gajbhiye and his police force assaulted him in the public and forced him to kneel down during an anti-Sarathi Baba rally in Kendrapada.
However, SDJM Pritish Kumar Routray rejected the case due to lack of sufficient evidences.
