A high-level technical delegation representing the Canadian industries met Nalco CMD Dr Tapan Kumar Chand here on Monday.
led by Rupali Save, Trade Commissioner of Canadian Consulate General, Qubec States, the delegation including Kevin Williams, Vice President, Business Development, ADCl, Marie lapointe, CEO, AluQuebec and Francois Mousseau, Business Development Manager, STAS Inc, had a brief discussion with Chand and Team Nalco , on technological know-how for better productivity and cost reductions through innovative solutions.
The meeting offered the delegation an opportunity of setting up of upstream and downstream industries in joint ventures in the upcoming Angul Aluminium Park. The delegation has responded positively to work out the details and termed the meeting to be fruitful.
The delegation was quite impressive of the Nalco’s performance, investment plans, acquisition of coal and bauxite mines.
