World-famous scuba diver Sabir Bux came on a visit here to encourage young people to participate in water sports like kayaking and windsurfing.
He is the first Indian to dive 100 feet under the sea in the world. He achieved this feat at Ramachandi near Puri. He is also giving training to the students in scuba diving there. One of the trainees Manaswani Maharana bagged 12 gold medals in a windsurfing competition in Goa.
He came here to involve more people in water sports. Four boys of Sirki under G Udayagiri have decided to participate in his Ramchandi training camp. He has been declared best scuba diving instructor by the Indian Government for performing some amazing feats like singing the national anthem undersea and played the guitar also.
