In a bid to boost housing development and real estate business in the State, the Syndicate Bank Regional Office organised a builders’ meet here on Friday.
The bank’s FGMO-Kolkata branch GM MP Nagpal, DGM AN Das and regional office AGM AK Rath and other officials interacted with around 20 reputed city builders on the occasion.In the backdrop of a sluggish economic condition, which has put the real estate sector in a dilemma, the Syndicate Bank assured the builders to avail funds for construction at a very competitive rate of interest within shortest possible time. The Syndicate Bank offers housing loans up to Rs 75 lakh with 10.25 per cent interest per annum.Besides, the bank also sought cooperation from the builders for expanding credit to the real estate sector in the State.
