An investor has alleged at the Sahadevkhunta Police Station in Baleswar district that she has been deceived by the chit fund company Miracle Wonder Sales and Marketing Private limited.
The complainant Ratnaprabha Das of Bhaskarganj alleged that she has lost Rs9 lakh which she invested in the company being attracted by its several lucrative schemes.
The company has disappeared after closing its office, she pointed out.
