A group of vested interest people is trying to destabilise the Jana Seva Kendras functioning under the Nilgiri tehsil through petty politics in order to exploit the poor and illiterate people.
The association of the people running them has alleged this urging the intervention of the Chief Secretary.
The association said under the e-governance, while the Jana Seva Kendryas have been opened across the State, the people are getting required service from those centrers after paying the prescribed fees.
Through the Jana Seva Kendras while people are getting service including miscellaneous certificates hassle-free, attempts are made by a vested group to stall the Kendras by bringing false and baseless allegations that the centres are charging exorbitant amount, the association said.
