The district unit of Congress here staged a demonstration in front of the collectorate demanding CBI enquiry into the chit fund scam and resignation of Chief Minister for his link with a fraudulent firm.
Several leaders including two sitting MlAs Debi Chand and Surendra Parmanik, former MlA Padmalochan Panda, Jaynarayan Mohanty and several others of the district addressed the gathering after participating in a rally procession from Gandhi Smruti Bhawan.
