The BSNl phone service has remained out of order at the Gajpati district headquarters town of Parlakhemundi and its nearby areas for the last five days.
Even after existence of five BSNl towers here, the customers are not getting proper service, said many customers.
“There are over 40,000 customers at the Parla Municipality. When a customer tries to connect with any official there through landline, the line gets disconnected before conversation,” said an officer of the Municipality. The State Bank of India and other banks there also share the same story for which the customers are facing difficulties.
