The lofty slogan of the BSNL is that it is "Connecting India". But at times, the connection snaps within a second after the link, evoking annoyance among the customers. This state of affairs has now become a regular feature. A complaint has been lodged in the BSNL mobile section vide no. 1503 (gsm), but no improvement has taken place so far. It is needless to say that even today the BSNL is still the no. 1 service provider, but due to lack of proper monitoring and field supervision, this public-sector company is becoming defamed day by day. A if this type of service continues then this Government undertaking may be merged with a private company in near future. It is high time the Ministry of Telecommunications realised the sufferings of the BSNL customers. The most pitiable thing is that the complaint message comes back as "complain has been resolved" without resolving that key issue. It's blatantly hypocratic.
