Child leaders from slums met new Municipal Commissioner Nikhil Pawan Kalyan of Brahmapur Municipal Corporation (BeMC).
They apprised him in details about the journey since 2013, their activities in slums to improve the living condition and the issues they face like water, sanitation, housing, roads, street lights and other civic services. Child leaders also narrated the action to improve the situation and the challenges they face.
Kalyan assured children to more dialogues on their issues and challenges they face in slums and asked for cooperation of children as well as the citizens to develop the city.
