Delivering welcome speech, Brahmakumari BK Jayanti said that decreasing sex ratio of the girl child in the country is putting a big challenge for the future.

BK Bibhu presided over the event which was attended by many residents of Jeypore and nearby places where they took oath to save girl child and stop killing of girl child and violence against women. Among others, BK Srimati, BK Nomita and BK Punam were present.
Rajyogini BK Neelam Didi said there is a great power in spiritual love and let the feeling inside be same for everyone. “We should actively participate in the campaign of save the girl child by removing the male dominating nature of the society,” she said.
DJM Jeypore Rabi Narayan Mishra attended as chief guest and SDPO Rajendra Senapati as guest of honour. The Brahmakumaris also elaborated the benefits of Raja yoga and how one can eliminate many social evils by it.
