Once again, the Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT) postponed its semester examinations which were scheduled to be held on November 4 and 5 in the wake of the cyclone and floods.
After the discussions, the authorities decided to conduct tests of III, V and VII semesters of BTech, BPharma, MCA, MBA and BArch courses for the year 2013-14 on November 13.
Earlier, on October 18, the university had declared postponement of examination of these papers considering the flood situation. The revised schedule for all the courses with fresh dates would be displayed in the Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT’s) official website for the convenience of students, the official sources said.
Students of the university hailed the decision of the authorities, saying the students of the affected areas can get more time for preparation.
