The Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT) has postponed semester examinations which were EARLIER slated to be held on May 20 owing to clash of dates with NEET 2019 examinations in Odisha.
BPUT Examinations Director Deepak Kumar Sahoo issued a notification in this regard on Tuesday.
According to the notification, the semester (regular and back) examinations have been postponed in view of the All-India National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2019 examinations.
The semester examinations would now be conducted on June 13, added the notification.
The NEET 2019 examinations were earlier supposed to be held on May 5, but was rescheduled to May 20 in Odisha in the wake of Cyclone Fani.
