Susant Kumar Rath, Scientific Assistant, Minor Irrigation Division-I, Brahmapur, came under Vigilance scanner on Friday when his houses and office room were raided following allegations of corruption.
The total cost of the assets in his and his family members’ names so far detected was calculated at Rs90 lakh. Besides, 29 bank accounts and five lockers in different banks in Brahmapur and Bhubaneswar were detected.
The search was continuing.
