The Brahmapur Circle of the life Insurance Corporation of India (lIC) has achieved unprecedented business growth in the last year by collecting a total deposit of Rs 119 crore as the first premium spread over 2,13, 000 new policy holders till December last. This was stated by lIC Senior Circle Manager RC Khora here on Saturday.
The collection over the new policies is said to have met 80 per cent of the estimated business of the entire year. The insurance firm had also achieved above its target in September last.
Besides, the company launched seven new lucrative policies including new Endowment Policy, new Jeevan Anand Policy, new Bima Bachat Policy, One time Endowment Policy, new Twenty Years Money back Policy, new Twenty Five Years Money back Policy and new Jeevan Mangal Sukhma Bima Policy. All these policies cover the life risk for the benefit of the customers.
