A book titled Post 9/11 United States-India Relations: Towards an Active Engagement, authored by Dr Amulya Tripathy was released here recently with retired senior IAS officer Vivek Patnaik unveiling it.
Dr Tripathy, an eminent scholar in political science, has compiled valuable articles on post 9/11 Indo-US relations by eminent international foreign policy experts in this book. On the occasion, a round-table seminar on Indo-US Relations in the 21st Century was organized by the Odisha Political Science Association. Speakers highlighted issues that will determine the Indo-US relations in this century.
Besides, former diplomat Abasar Beuria recounted the history of Indo-US relations during the last six decades. Among others, Association President JK Mishra and editor of Association’s annual journal Dr Pratip Mishra were present.
