Although they had not married, Phula had given birth  to a male child six months ago. Even if after birth of their child, Inesh had not married Phula and was not taking Phula  to his house as his wife.

Phula along with her six- month -old son had been residing in her parent’s house.

Phula had been insisting Inesh to take her and his son to his house but Inesh was not listening to her.

As per the allegation of Phula’s family, on Tuesday night at around 10 pm, Inesh had talked to Phula over cell phone and had called her outside.

Phula along with her son had gone outside but had not returned home thereafter.
