On the allegation of possession of disproportionate assets by Balangir DFO office senior clerk Ananta Narayan Panigrahi, the Vigilance sleuths raided his residential triple storied building at Chandrasekhar Nagar, Balangir Town, office room, paternal house at Kartang, under Binka police station in Subarnapur and residential house of Siba Prasad Panigrahi (brother) on October 26.
His movable and immovable assets have been detected to be worth Rs 1,41,11,539 so far. Panigrahi has got one bank locker at Bank of India, Bolangir, which had not yet been opened. The search was in progress.
