The BJD Puri district unit organised a blood donation camp under the “Jeevan Bindu” programme to mark the 20th death anniversary of legendary Biju Patnaik here on Monday.
A total of 108 blood units were collected from the camp inaugurated by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and attended by local MlA and Nabakalebar Infrastructure Supervision Committee Chairman Maheshwar Mohanty, Agrinculture Minister Pradeep Maharathy, Food Supplies and Consumer Welfafe Ministger Sanjay Dasburma, MP Prasanna Patsani, District Planning Committee Chairman and Nimapada MlA Sameer Ranjan Das, Satyabadi MlA Umakanta Samantaray, ZP Member Dibakar Patra and Daitapati Niyog president Ramkrushna Das Mohapatra.
Jeevan Bindu district coordinator Shubashis Khuntia coordinated the whole programme.
