The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI), Bhubaneswar chapter, celebrated its annual function by holding a blood donation camp here on Sunday. More than 100 units of blood were collected.
Speaking on the occasion as the chief guest, OPTCl and GRIDCO Chairman and Managing Director Hemant Sharma advised the budding professionals and finance executives to maintain sincerity in their day to day business for a bright career.
Successful students like Satyananda Sahoo, Pallipuspa Jena, Ayushee Dey and Pratap Biswal were felicitated with Aditi Memorial award while Ronali Mohapatra, Sonalin Rout, Ayushee Dey, Malay Kumar Parida, lipda Das, Rakesh Kumar Sahani and Tapas Kumar Sahoo were felicitated with late Indumati Mohanty memorial award.
Saroj Kumar Mohapatra, Saili Ray, Anshuman Senapati and Madhusmita Badu bagged the Young Cost Accountant award while Ronali Mohapatra and lipsa Das bagged Jagannath Mohapatra Memorial award. XIMB professor Dr DV Raman, ICAI Bhubaneswar chapter chairman Damadar Mishra and BK Patnaik were present.
