The Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) members criticised actors-cum-BJD leaders for their alleged involvement with the Oscar chit fund company.
They burnt the effigies of Brahmapur MP Siddhant Mahapatra and Rajya Sabha memer Anubhab Mohanty, MlA Akash DasNayak and Papu Pompom on Wednesday here at the old bus-stand.
Under the leadership of district Yuva Morcha president Sidhhanta Gangadeb, the members also organised a procession and demanded the arrest of the BJD leaders.
They condemned the State Government for giving protection to the actors. Sanjay Chaudhury, Tumbeswar Nayak, K Kiran Kumar, Bikesh Panigrahi of the Yuva Morcha were present, among others.
